01How quickly can we start with RNS engineers?

Once we understand the roles, skills and product context, we share the best-fit team plan and engineer profiles. After interviews and alignment, onboarding can begin immediately based on confirmed availability.

02Can your engineers work with our existing team and tools?

Yes. RNS engineers can work as an embedded extension of your team, following your backlog, ceremonies, development standards, communication tools and release process. We define ownership clearly before the engagement starts.

03Can we hire one engineer or a complete delivery pod?

Both options are available. Add one specialist to close a capability gap, assemble a cross-functional pod around an outcome, or ask RNS Projects to manage the complete delivery stream with engineering leadership included.

04How do you maintain delivery quality and communication?

We align on milestones, definition of done, reporting rhythm, code review, security and quality checks during onboarding. You get direct communication with the engineers plus an RNS engagement lead for continuity and escalation.

05Can the dedicated team build our Free AI MVP?

Yes. Selected qualifying AI ideas can begin through the RNS Free MVP program. We agree a tightly scoped core flow and assign the relevant engineering mix; third-party services, cloud usage and work outside the agreed MVP remain excluded.
